Pirate Night at Mark Twain Lake

Geocaching at USACE, Mark Twain Lake
Come set sail with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Mark Twain Lake for a night of pirate fun on Saturday July 30th at the M.W. Boudreaux Memorial Visitor Center.  The event will kick off at 3 p.m. with a GPS treasure hunt.  Between the hours of 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. there will be a series of pirate themed activities and programs including navigation, knot tying, treasure making, and more.  Inspiring pirates of all ages are invited and encouraged to attend in their own pirate costumes.  Prizes and decorations will be provided in part by the Missouri Department of Conservation, Long John Silver’s of Hannibal, MO and the Salt River Navigation Company of Florida, MO.  It’s sure to be a “swash buckling” good time!  The M.W. Boudreaux Memorial Visitor Center is located on Rt. J, south of the Clarence Cannon Dam.  If you need additional information, please contact the Mark Twain Lake Project Office at 573-735-4097 or email us at marktwaininfo@usace.army.mil.
