River Update - June 21, 2011

Update: Upper Mississippi River at Louisiana is at 17.8 ft and should crest near 18.8 on Thurs. MO River at Herman should holding just above flood stage (now @ 21.4ft) for the week. 5-day forecast calls for 1-1.5" of rain in the area. Corps engineers continue to provide help in Scott Co., IL where a levee breached Sunday on a tributary creek of the IL River. Kaskaskia L&D remains closed due to high water.
